I live in Canada/ the UK/ Finland/ etc., and I want my order shipped via Surface Mail (instead of Airmail) so I can save some money. Is this possible?
Yes. When you email us with your order, just mention that you want it shipped Surface Mail and the shipping will be calculated accordingly. Please note that Surface mail shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks to get to you, but is usually about half the cost of Airmail.

I just placed an order - when will my package arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 or 2 days, so US customers you should see the package in 3-5 days, depending on how far you live from California. Foreign orders may take about 2 weeks to arrive, depending on how far you live from the U.S.

It's been about a week - why has my order been delayed?
Sometimes orders are delayed by items in your order being out of stock. We often ship partial orders, but sometimes it is best to ship the entire order together, especially with vinyl orders.

If something I ordered is out of stock, when will I get it?
The out of stock item will be shipped as soon as it is restocked. To expedite shipping, you may provide an alternate for that item. If you don't wish to wait or make a swap for that item, we can refund the order.

No, all orders of 4 or more of these items will automatically be mailed via Priority Mail for all U.S. orders.

I just made a vinyl order - do I need to add money for Priority Mail shipping?
Yes, the prices on the site include only Media Mail shipping (which may take a week or two to get to you). There is an extra $5.00 Priority Mail charge for all orders that contain 10"s, 12" or LPs. You can add Priority Mail money after you "Proceed to Checkout" on the site, or just add $5.00 to your cash/money order payment.
